Our QC lab is equipped with state-of-art testing equipment which is engaged in monitoring and measurements of metallurgical parameters as per the customer specifications. The customer requirements are met through inspection reports released by a qualified and trained team of metallurgists. Evidence of conformity with acceptance criteria is maintained in each inspection report with traceability and customer confidentiality.
Our test certificate lists crucial vacuum heat treatment process parameters such as Temperature, Time, Distortion Measurement, Hardness, Cycle number, and component/part image for Traceability.

SCADA is the most advanced state-of-the-art control system allowing real-time heat treatment cycle monitoring by process engineers helping keep the process within defined limits.
